Saved by the Bell!

Growing up there were a few shows that made me who I am today: Chip N' Dale the Rescue Rangers, The Fluppy Dogs, Lizzie Mcquire, and Saved by the Bell. I just finished scrapbooking my first year of marriage watching all 5 seasons of Saved by the Bell on DVD - which Kelland bought me for my birthday when we were just dating. I know all the characters and the fun trivia like what poster hangs on Kelly's bedroom door and my family even has the soundtrack. Did you know that Zack Morris is still around? I was pretty psyched when I saw this video on a late night comedy show....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KELLAND!

Kelland turned 24 today - almost a quarter of a century!

Facts about Kelland:

• He is getting a degree in Business Finance and plans to be done next fall.
• He works as an account manager/insurance sales for Allstate Auto Insurance
• He is a brilliant guy! - who else could skip class a whole semester and pass all their classes even getting some A's?
  
• He is taking 17 credit hours this summer....wow!
• He enjoys doing the show 'Whoopee!' with Ashley and he is the best "horse" rider.
• He is the best primary teacher and all the girls in the class tease him by calling him "Kandle".
• And he is desperately in love with his amazing awesome wife:)

More Kittens!

Who knew cats had babies so often? This time there are four of them and they are all healthy, fun, adorable little things. We've given them all nick names and we love them so much already! The one on the bottom of this pile that's black and white we call the "Soul Man" because of his little black gotee. You see it?

Enchanted!

Our oldest nephew Patrick loves being in shows and being up on the stage! We just went and saw him place "Prince Edward" in their version of Enchanted. I may biased.....but he was awesome! And has he got pipes! Way to go Patch!

Our own Graduate!

My awesome sister Amy went back to school and just graduated with a Masters in Special Education! Way to go Amy!

First Date!!

This, being the month of May, holds several anniversaries for me and Kelland. There is the Anniversary of our first date on May 2nd, the anniversary of our first kiss - May 16th, and also our wedding day which also lands on the 16th. Don't be fooled by similar dates, we planned it that way!

To celebrate our first date I surprised Kelland with a special dinner...


I had a candlelit dinner all ready when I picked him up from work. We ate at the same table we danced on at our first date.

That's right ladies and gents - I was the one to surprise Kelland. Am I an awesome wife or what?

Our One Year Anniversary!

Saturday was our one year marker! May 16 is the anniversary not only of our wedding day, but also our first kiss! To include you all in the happiness of the occasion, I've posted two videos for your entertainment.
